At Brew Tea, we want you to savor every sip; if your tea arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our loose-leaf blends, we cannot accept returns on opened food items unless they are defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unopened tea tins or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement blend within 5 business days.
